F.A.Q.'s

Q: What about COVID restrictions?

A: We are very aware of current Covid-19 restrictions regarding residential and day camp scenarios. We are closely monitoring all mandates and requirements and are in the process of setting official Covid-19 guidelines for all of our camp experiences.

Currently, here's what we are planning:

  • We will no longer be allowing campers to "come and go" from camp for work, sports, etc. If a camper must leave, they are welcomed to do so but will not be permitted to return to camp.
  • Visits to camp by previous students and youth groups will not be permitted. Parents may drop off needed items but are asked not to stay and visit.

As the situation develops we will keep this page updated with all changes, requirements, etc.

Q: What about cabin mate requests?

A: This year we have done away with "Cabin Mate Requests". We will however continue to do our best to bunk campers with others from their local church.

Q: What's registration like?

A: Registration day can get a little crazy around camp. Parents and Ministry Leaders can help us out by making sure to drop off and pickup kids and students at the appropriate time for each camp. Registration begins on the upper level of Founder's Hall where parents & campers check in and submit funds for camp registration. From there campers and parents will receive camp booklets, cabin assignments, t-shirts, and various other camp promo items for the week. If desired, parents may accompany campers to their cabin to help with set up and settling in.

Q: Are scholarships available?

A: Camp Lebanon does offer an active and deployed military scholarship for all camps. We are pleased to offer free registration to any camper who has a parent or guardian serving our country away from home.

E-mail Andy Hoover if you want to partake in this offer.

Q: What about lice?

A: Camp Lebanon has adopted an active lice and nit free policy for the protection of all campers and our facility. Each and every camper will have a "head check" as a part of the registration process. If active lice or nits are found campers will not be permitted to stay for camp. Parents may choose to treat campers and return to camp however campers will be checked upon return and the above policy will still be in effect.

Q: How do I pick up my camper?

A: Proof of ID will be required upon pickup for each camper. ID must match the pickup individuals listed on the registration form.
