Q: Will camp look the same as previous years?

A-This year, camps may look a little different as we strive to host camps centered around quality spiritual discussions for each and every camper. This year we will be limiting the number of campers per camp based solely on the number of qualified counselors we have for that specific camp and that specific gender. It's our hope and prayer that we'll be able to host just as many campers, if not more, as in years past. Join us in prayer as we assemble God's team for another great summer. 

Q: What's registration like?

A: Registration day can get a little crazy around camp. Parents and Ministry Leaders can help us out by making sure to drop off and pickup kids and students at the appropriate time for each camp. Registration begins on the upper level of Founder's Hall where parents & campers check in and submit funds for camp registration. From there campers and parents will receive camp booklets, cabin assignments, t-shirts, and various other camp promo items for the week. If desired, parents may accompany campers to their cabin to help with set up and settling in. 

Q: Are scholarships available?

A: Camp Lebanon does offer an active and deployed military scholarship for all camps. We are pleased to offer free registration to any camper who has a parent or guardian serving our country away from home.

Q: What about lice?

A: Camp Lebanon has adopted an active lice and nit free policy for the protection of all campers and our facility. Each and every camper will have a "head check" as a part of the registration process. If active lice or nits are found campers will not be permitted to stay for camp. Parents may choose to treat campers and return to camp however campers will be checked upon return and the above policy will still be in effect. 

Q: How do I pick up my camper?

A: Proof of ID will be required upon pickup for each camper. ID must match the pickup individuals listed on the registration form.

Q: Do you offer military discounts/scholarships?

A. Yes, we do offer scholarships for campers that have parents/guardians that are actively engaged in the military (Currently Deployed, National Guard, Military Reserves). Contact Andy Hoover to see about applying for this scholarship.
