Q: What's Registration Like?

A: Registration day can get a little crazy around camp. Parents and Ministry Leaders can help us out by making sure to dropoff and pickup kids and students at the appropriate time for each camp. 

Registration begins on the upper level of Founder's Hall where parents & campers check in and submit funds for camp registration. From there campers and parents will receive camp booklets, cabin assingments, t-shirts, and various other camp promo items for the week. If desired, parents may accompany campers to their cabin to help with set up and settling in. 

Q: When do I drop my camper off at camp?

A: Drop off times are listed below for each camp:

Camp KDay: Registration is from 10:00 a.m. on June 15. Camp K will end at 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

Camp 4Five: Registration is from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on June 10. Pickup at 12:00 p.m. on June 13.

Camp 1Three: Registration is from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on June 14. Pickup at 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

Camp 9Twelve: Registration is from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on June 16. Pickup at 12:00 p.m. on June 21.

Camp 6Eight: Registration is from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on June 24. Pickup 12:00 p.m. on June 28.

Q: Are scholarships available?

A: Camp Lebanon does offer an active and deployed military scholarship for all camps. We are pleased to offer free registration to any camper who has a parent or guardian serving our country away from home.

Q: What about lice?

A: Camp Lebanon has adopted an active lice and nit free policy for the protection of all campers and our facility. Each and every camper will have a "head check" as a part of the registration process. If active lice or nits are found campers will not be permitted to stay for camp. Parents may choose to treat campers and return to camp however campers will be checked upon return and the above policy will still be in effect. 

Q: How do I pick up my camper?

A: See above for pick up times for each camp. In addition proof of ID will be required upon pickup for each camper. ID must match the pickup individuals listed on the registration form.
